Structured Learning Experience / Internship Program

Preparing Young Adults for Meaningful Employment

Alpine Learning Group’s Structured Learning Experience is a job sampling program for learners 14 years of age and older, designed to help teenage learners acquire age-appropriate work skills and to use those skills in a variety of integrated community settings.

The program includes:

Exposure to a wide range of work settings and volunteer opportunities

Individual assessment of each student’s potential job strengths and interests

Instructional programming aimed at teaching specific job skills

On-site support from Alpine Learning Group’s instructional staff

Thank you to the individuals, organizations and businesses that provide opportunities for our learners to acquire important work skills.

"The supported volunteer program is a great opportunity for our son to practice different job skills while interacting in the community. This is terrific preparation for adulthood."
